THE ALGARVE REVOLUTION.

At Grains we have a menu of Street Food style food, in the New York side, designed by Chef Ivo Mauricio. The menu contains a large variety of hamburgers, dogs, sandwiches, tacos, quesadillas, donuts and waffles, all artisanal style. In our space we always look for the maximum freshness, we select local products to help in the process.

CHICKEN WINGS

Fried chicken wings with red pepper chutney.

Stuffed bread

Brioche bread, stuffed with mayonnaise, coriander and grated mozzarella, in the oven, with fried egg on top.

Nachos pizza

Nachos seasoned with olive oil and oregano, with tomato sauce and mozzarella in the oven.

SARDINE TACO

Wheat tortilla, sardine in the plate, minced tomato, onion, cucumber pickle and coriander.

Brioche bread with crispy chicken breast, bacon, caramelized onion and cheese sauce.

DONUT BACON

Bacon, beef burger, tomato, cheddar and donut.
Wheel of Nachos; Vegetable fish; Sardine bagel.

SARDINE HAMBURGER

Sardine in fried chicken, mayonnaise, minced tomato, onion, oregano and cucumber pickle.

GUACAMOLE QUESADILLA

Wheat tortilla, guacamole, tomato and mozzarella cheese.

CHICKEN QUESADILLA

Wheat tortilla, crispy chicken, cherry mix, oregano, mozzarella cheese and soy sauce.

"SANDWICH" OF ROASTED PORK

Brioche bread toasted on the plate with roasted pork, cheese, ham, and cucumber pickle.

CLUB BACON

Brioche bread with starry egg, cow burger, cheddar, mayonnaise, lettuce, bacon and tomato.

Amazing temptations

There are lots of craft beers that do an excellent harmonization with desserts.
For this same reason and without leaving the concept Street Food, we added to our menu donuts and handmade waffles. They are made with a soft and homemade dough, flavored with vanilla extract and lemon and lime zest, and then covered with various types of ganache, such as fresh strawberries, chocolate and nuts.
